About Listings Per Hour

FlowLister's team publishes this site. FlowLister is an AI eBay listing tool, so we have an obvious interest in how long listing takes. Said up front.

Who publishes Listings Per Hour?

Listings Per Hour is a free guide to listing throughput for eBay resellers, published by the team behind FlowLister, an AI eBay listing tool. It covers how long a listing takes, how many items to list a day, batching, time audits, templates, clearing a death pile and scaling without hiring, plus a free calculator.

The conflict, stated plainly

We sell software that speeds up one part of listing: the typing. A site arguing that listing throughput matters most isn't a neutral document, and pretending otherwise would be silly.

What we can do is give the whole method, including the parts that need no software at all. Batching by station, a permanent photo setup, a time audit and templates cost nothing and need no software. Where we use FlowLister's own figures, the page says they're ours.

Where the numbers come from

Every number on this site is one of four things: FlowLister's own figures, labeled as ours; eBay's help pages and announcements; sellers' own reports on eBay's Community boards, shown as self-reports with links; or arithmetic on example inputs, labeled as examples. Sources were checked on September 23, 2026.

How this content is made

  • No benchmark claims about what a 'good' listing rate is. Rates vary too much by category and setup, and a benchmark would be made up.
  • No invented statistics, testimonials or seller stories. Worked examples use round numbers and say so.
  • No affiliate links, sponsored placements or paid inclusions.
  • The home page, every guide and the calculator link FlowLister once, in a labeled disclosure block. This page links it once, in the paragraph above. Some pages also name it in plain text where its figures are used, marked as ours.
